News has been spreading about the possibilities of Internet Service Providers metering the bandwith usage of their customers and charging an overage cost of the supplied amount of bandwith transfer in Canada. Caldwell Creative has recently launched a new site for Northwest Scuba. This site includes online trip registration, google maps integration, a ton of information architecture, search engine optimization and marking, and a warm and inviting look and feel. Caldwell Creative is working on an identity package for two new startups. "Crystal's Bling" is a company that sells grade 7 replicas of brand name, high fashion, purses. Next is "itSPARKLES4u", this company sells custom made fashion accessories.
The Diving Bell
The team at Caldwell Creative has begun work on an entire site re-design for Northwest Scuba. We are looking at this site from the ground up starting with content architecture, usability, and SEO analysis. The new site will be launching at the end of September.

Caldwell Creative presented a recent web application, Cricothyrotomy, that was designed for the University of Alberta. Presented on the UofA campus at the Telus Center this application stood out as an example of e-learning and medical simulation technology.

Persistant Audio on the Web
Chris Caldwell gave a short presentation at EFUG (Edmonton Flash User Group), on creating persitant audio within an html framework. Inspired by a recent website project, the Fight Violence campaign which had unique technical challenges requiring the development of a custom audio player.
